Nobody wants to work anymore

It does seem that people nowadays are upset with their work-life balance, they don't want to work. You must also be hearing a lot of discussions about 4-day workweek, 3-day workweek and so on.

But the reality is, these discussions are not new. These discussions have been going on since centuries. Yes, centuries.

Nobody wants to work anymore

You can take a look at the above image, and see this phrase being reported through decades and centuries ago in the history. This shows that, historically, people have been frustrated with their work.

I can conclude that basic instinct of humans is not to work, at least not in the today's corporate structure. But the other way is not easy either.

So... people are definitely in delusion.

They don't want to work, but they don't have a plan B either. It seems they are just sharing their pain or rather story through statements like "nobody wants to work anymore".

What say?
